Ward 3 Resident,

I have gotten a few phone calls and emails from residents about a few issues. As a result I like to give you a quick update on a few items below.

Rubbish/Recycling Collection
Yesterday was Columbus Day. There is no delay in collection for this week due to the holiday. Your regular pick up day will be as normal. Click Here for more information.

Vote by Mail
Tomorrow October 11th Vote by Mail begins for the November 8th General Election. To avoid lines on Election Day, and to allow extra time to study the ballot, all registered voters may Vote by Mail. Vote by Mail ballot applications are available at the Board of Elections website by Clicking Here, by calling the Board of Elections at 216-443-8683, and at all public libraries.

Greetings Ward 3 Resident,

It is great to see both the Lake Erie Monsters Hockey Team and Cavs playing for the Championship in their sports. Exciting time for Cleveland Sports that is for sure. Things remain relatively steady in your City Government with a few items to update you on below.

Rumpke Rubbish & Recycling Holiday Schedule Reminder
In observance of Memorial Day, Rumpke trash and recycling collection will be delayed one day the entire week of May 30th. Rumpke will resume its normal schedule the week of June 6th. I have gotten a few phone calls from folks who were unsure. Just a reminder Click Here for the list of Rumpke Rubbish & Recycling Collection Holiday Schedule for 2016. Greetings Ward 3 Resident,

Fall is officially here. It is a fun time of the year with the leaves changing colors, hayrides, and Friday Night Football games to enjoy. Things remain relatively busy here in city government with a number of things to report on below.

Some quick reminders:

Halloween Trick or Treat Night
Halloween Trick or Treat Night will be held on Saturday, October 31st from 6-8 pm in the City of North Royalton.

November 3rd General Election
On the November 3rd General Election ballot there are Municipal, Judicial, and School Board candidates as well as State issues that you will be asked to vote on. October 5th is the last day to register to vote in the November General Election. October 6th Vote by Mail begins. To avoid lines on Election Day, and to allow extra time to study the ballot, all registered voters may Vote by Mail. Vote by Mail ballot applications are available at the Board of Elections website by clicking Here, by calling the Board of Elections at 216-443-8683, and at all public libraries. Well Mother Nature is slowly realizing it is officially Spring. Hopefully soon enough our temperatures will be in the 60s or higher and we can enjoy some good weather for a change. Regardless of the season we are in, city government remains very active with much to report below.
