WARD 3 MONTHLY E-NEWSLETTER: NOVEMBER 2013

Greetings Ward 3 Resident,

It has been an honor and a humbling experience to have served as an appointed member of the North Royalton City Council these past eight months or so. I want to thank the residents of Ward 3 for recently electing me on November 5th to serve a two year term of my own and continue to be your voice on City Council. Last weekend, I was officially sworn into office for my elected term of office. Per the city of North Royalton Charter, all new members of Council must be sworn into office 5 days after the Board of Elections certifies the November General Election Results. Woodrow Wilson said it best: “To work for the common good is the greatest creed.” As a councilman I believe that to be true and am thankful to serve you all.

As we prepare for a fun Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow. Join me in also giving thanks for all those who have served or are currently serving our great country in the United States Military. My thoughts and prayers go out to my battle buddies from my old Army unit and our fellow Ward 3 Residents who are away from their families on this Thanksgiving; because they are deployed all over the world to keep us safe. Without their sacrifice, we would not be able to enjoy this special holiday.

WARD 3 MONTHLY E-NEWSLETTER: AUGUST 2013

Greetings Ward 3 Resident,

Wow, the summer has gone by pretty fast. I want to first thank all the residents who attended the Ward 3 Summer Ice Cream Social back on July 28th and for all the very generous donations to help support the North Royalton Food Bank. I hope to do another ward get together like this next year.

As of August 5th I have completed walking our entire ward by going door to door. I sure got a great workout especially going up and down the hills of Albion Rd., Wallings Rd., Hampton Dr., and Washington Ave! I appreciate everyone’s feedback and even on some of those hot days a nice cool glass of water some of you gave me when I visited. I am now in the process of putting all the feedback I received into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and then will start researching ways to address these issues. Again thank you so much for the time you all took to speak with me at your door!

Ward 3 Quick Update

Greetings Ward 3 Resident,

July 4th marks the 237th birthday for our nation. For generations we as Americans have been blessed to live freely. So sometimes it is easy to forget the meaning behind Independence Day. It is a day to reflect on our struggle to gain independence, our history as a free nation, and the sacrifices by our brave men and woman in the US Military to keep us all free. If you see a veteran or a service member in uniform, thank them for their service. I wish you and your family a safe and fun holiday! Just a few quick items to update you on:
